In a well-attended presentation at the Nassau Republican Club meeting on Feb 15th, Bill Schoolman, businesman and anti-MTA crusader laid out the case for his lawsuit against the Metropolitan Transportation Authority and the violations of the NY State Constitution under which it was created.

Per Bill, "the MTA Payroll Tax is the epitome of what is wrong with New York State's dysfunctional, corrupt government." Using facts that would make your blood boil, Bill demonstrated how, "Nobody burns taxpayer dollars better than the MTA."
